About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, using Lightning components, APEX, and integration frameworks. This is a hands-on technical role with opportunities to build scalable systems and work on high-impact business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Lightning components, APEX, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Participate in solution architecture and technical design discussions to build scalable and maintainable systems.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party connectors.
- Translate functional business requirements into efficient technical implementations.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; contribute to peer code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, data integrity challenges, and performance bottlenecks.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices to enhance solution delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce Lightning (Aura and LWC), APEX, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or other middleware platforms is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and platform capabilities.
- Experience working with declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder) and custom development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Background:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification preferred.
- Masters in Computer Science or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
- Proven track record of delivering custom Salesforce applications in enterprise settings.
