Position Overview:
TechTiera is seeking an innovative and experienced MoveWorks Developer to design and implement AI-powered conversational interfaces that automate IT and business workflows across enterprise SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, and others. This role will focus on building and enhancing MoveWorks-based chatbot solutions to improve user experience and productivity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered bots and conversational interfaces using the MoveWorks platform to automate enterprise support processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts, IT operations, and product teams to gather requirements and define conversational flows tailored to business use cases.
- Integrate MoveWorks with enterprise SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow (ITSM/HRSD), and / or Workday (HCM/Finance), and others to automate request handling and service delivery.
- Implement and fine-tune Natural Language Processing (NLP) models and conversational AI techniques to enhance accuracy and contextual understanding.
- Develop responsive and intuitive frontend components using React.js to deliver seamless end-user experiences.
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js to ensure secure and scalable integrations with various business systems and databases.
- Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging of AI bots and integrated services to ensure optimal functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Monitor bot analytics and continuously improve bot responses and user journeys based on feedback and data insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience with MoveWorks or similar AI chatbot platforms.
- Proven experience integrating conversational bots with enterprise SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce, or Microsoft 365.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience in React.js for frontend development and Node.js for backend services.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially NLP and intent recognition, as applied to conversational systems.
- Familiarity with API design and integration, RESTful services, and secure data exchange protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on user experience and enterprise-grade performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work across distributed teams and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with MoveWorks configuration, training, and intent management.
- Prior work in ITSM, HRIS, or enterprise service automation environments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Git.
