Sound familiar?
“WebTop goes away in February 2027 and it’s still the front door to our records for hundreds of users.”
“Our retention and compliance obligations don’t pause for a platform migration. One lost audit trail is a finding.”
“Every estimate I’ve heard for Documentum work is either vague or terrifying. I need a number I can plan around.”
This review turns that into a plan, with a number you can defend in budget season.
What you walk away with
Four deliverables, built in the session, written up within two business days.
- WebTop-deadline exposure summary
Which of your users, workflows, and integrations depend on WebTop, and what stops working after February 2027. - Upgrade-path options table
D2, cloud editions, and alternative paths compared on fit, disruption, and cost drivers for your estate. - Regulated-industry risk checklist
The audit-trail, retention, and chain-of-custody items that sink Documentum migrations in regulated shops, and how to de-risk each one. - An honest effort-estimate range
A defensible low/high range for your migration, assumptions stated, that you can take into budget planning.
What this is NOT
Not a discovery call dressed up as a review. The exposure summary, options table, checklist, and estimate range are yours to keep. No proposal follows unless you request one. And if your lowest-risk path is minimal change, that’s exactly what we’ll tell you.
if “do the minimum” is the right answer, that’s what the write-up will say
Why regulated shops trust this review
We’ve delivered Documentum and enterprise content work for regulated clients including McKesson and Iron Mountain. In those environments a lost audit trail is a finding, not an inconvenience.

Questions we always get
Is it really free?
Yes. No fee, no obligation, and every deliverable listed is produced in or immediately after the session and is yours to keep. We offer these because a percentage of teams later ask us to do the work. That’s the whole business model, in the open.
Do we need to prepare anything?
No prep documents required. Knowing your rough version numbers, user counts, and any renewal dates helps us go deeper, but we can build the exposure summary from what you know off the top of your head.
Will you pitch us?
No. The session ends with your deliverables, not a proposal. If you want a scope and quote afterward, ask and we’ll prepare one, but we won’t raise it unless you do. If your best move is to stay put or use another route, we’ll tell you that in the session.
Who should attend?
The person who owns the decision (usually the CIO or head of records/compliance) plus one person who knows the environment hands-on: an admin, architect, or platform lead. Two people from your side is ideal; more is fine.
What happens after the session?
You receive the written deliverables within two business days. Then nothing, unless you reach out. We’ll send one follow-up to confirm you got everything, and that’s it. No drip campaign, no calls.
Document platform work, delivered
