Is it really free?

Do we need to prepare anything?
No prep documents required. Knowing your rough version numbers, user counts, and any renewal dates helps us go deeper, but we can build the risk map from what you know off the top of your head.
Will you pitch us?
No. The session ends with your deliverables, not a proposal. If you want a scope and quote afterward, ask and we’ll prepare one, but we won’t raise it unless you do. If your best move is to stay put or use another route, we’ll tell you that in the session.
Who should attend?
The person who owns the decision (usually the IT Director or BI Manager) plus one person who knows the environment hands-on: an admin, architect, or platform lead. Two people from your side is ideal; more is fine.
