Sound familiar?

“Capture 11.1 support ends March 2027, KTM two months later, and every conversation with the vendor turns into an upsell.”
VP Operations, insurance
“Our invoice and claims processing runs on this stack. I can’t gamble it on a rushed platform decision.”
Shared Services lead, manufacturing
“Everyone says ‘add AI to your document processing,’ but nobody can show me where it actually pays off in our flows.”
VP Operations, logistics

This session is the independent read you’re missing, before you sign anything to “move up.”

What you walk away with

All four deliverables come out of the session itself: a decision frame you can take straight to your CFO.

  1. EOL exposure map
Component by component: which pieces of your Capture/KTM stack lose support on which date, and what breaks first.
  2. Migrate vs. move-up vs. stay decision frame
The three real paths with their cost drivers side by side, and our honest read on which fits your volume and timeline.
  3. AI-readiness spots in your flows
The specific capture and extraction points where intelligent document processing has already paid off on flows like yours, and where it hasn’t.
  4. A 90-day vs. 12-month timeline
What must happen this quarter versus what can wait, mapped against the 2027 deadlines.

What this is NOT

Not a platform pitch, and not an AI hype session. No proposal follows unless you ask for one. The exposure map, decision frame, and timeline are yours regardless of what you decide, including if you decide the smartest move is to stay put. If that’s your situation, we’ll tell you so in the session.

if “stay put” is your right answer, that’s what the writeup will say.

Proof it’s grounded in deployments, not roadmap slides

Questions we always get

Is it really free?

Yes. No fee, no obligation, and every deliverable listed is produced in or immediately after the session and is yours to keep. We offer these because a percentage of teams later ask us to do the work. That’s the whole business model, in the open.

Do we need to prepare anything?

No prep documents required. Knowing your rough version numbers, volumes, and any renewal dates helps us go deeper, but we can build the exposure map from what you know off the top of your head.

Will you pitch us?

No. The session ends with your deliverables, not a proposal. If you want a scope and quote afterward, ask and we’ll prepare one, but we won’t raise it unless you do. If your best move is to stay put or use another route, we’ll tell you that in the session.

Who should attend?

The person who owns the decision (usually the VP of Operations or Shared Services leader) plus one person who knows the environment hands-on: an admin, architect, or platform lead. Two people from your side is ideal; more is fine.

What happens after the session?

You receive the written deliverables within two business days. Then nothing, unless you reach out. We’ll send one follow-up to confirm you got everything, and that’s it. No drip campaign, no calls.

Automation work like yours, delivered

Real engagements from the portfolio: same platforms, same problems.
